Mr Raju he is very nice very polite and very helpful regarding any issue its been really amazing to stay in this hotel best of my decision and best day of my life amazing superb . I am very happy wholeheartedly satisfied with each and very things about this hotel.

Pros:

This hotel is located on the highway, just 3-4 km from Nalanda ruins. I loved the hospitality of the staff. They went a mile ahead to ensure that we were served tasty food at the restaurant. Also, the rooms were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to all the future travelers. Caution: Google map wrongly shows the location of Nalanda ruins from this location as 16 km. However, it is just 3-4 km from Nalanda ruins. Ensure that you type 'Hotel Nalanda City' as the starting point to reach 'Nalanda ruins' instead of 'Your location'.

Cons:

There was a large piece of food? waste under the pillow on the bed. There was also lots of mouse or insect droppings around the area.
Beds should be checked and properly cleaned before guests arrive.

It was excellent!
Pros:

Everyone was so humble and kind which was completely service oriented ! Hygiene was maintained perfectly and food quality was too good ! Everything was beyond expectations! Thank you more making my journey so comfortable and memorable !

horrible experince from the vibes it gives to physical structure n behavior of staff

nothing... hotel asked cash payment..... and also asked extra gst amount..... we did not atay in room n vacated without staying
