Comfortable,quiet and homey feeling. Loved it
Pros:

Beautiful property! Easy to get to. The check in staff was super friendly. The rooms are CLEAN! The whole facility is nice. Beds are comfortable. Did I say clean ? Yes!! Amazing!! 10 stars

We will definitely stay at this place again.
Pros:

New property, conveniently located where we were visiting. Great dog walking area. Sometimes the cleaning products used at hotels give me a headache but this hotel did not have a smell. Based off other comments it is a new hotel. Bridget at the front desk was phenomenal. She greeted me with a smile, was complimentary, and had a great personality. There was no carpet in the room we were in, only rugs by the bed.

Cons:

Probably user error but we could not figure out how to turn the bathroom light on without having to turn on the master light :)

Good but never got my pillow.
Pros:

Didn't try breakfast. The place looked new.

Cons:

Being able to call the hotel directly instead of an talking to a machine. I left my pillow & try to get through to the hotel. They finally connected me but they told me to call back tomorrow. I couldn't get through, therefore never got my pillow.

Pros:

Room & AC was real comfy.

Cons:

During my stay, July 26th from 2 p.m until check out time July 27th, there was a beeping throughout the day & night. Ms. Jeanette came to the room to asses the issue. She search, cut power off to the room, & the beeping noise continued. She said that she would inform the manager Chelsea about the issue but I wasn't contacted about the issue nor was there a follow-up to fix the problem.

NEVER stay at this property. Looks are deceiving.
Pros:

The fitness center was well equipped.

Cons:

Bed bugs in the bed in one room. I moved to a second room and the toilet was stopped up and I had to wait hours for a maintenance. Some of the staff was nice, while others were rude. NEVER stay at this property.
