Pros:

Great location for the old quarter because it is relatively quiet. Early in the morning, local businesses are enjoyable in the street. The room is big enough and beds are confortable. Hot water for who likes it.

Cons:

Building need some renovation, it is not dirty but looks so, only because some parts are simply too old. Some gaps on the floor. Stairs are steep and may be hard to get your luggage upstairs if too big or heavy.
Not bad but I have seen better places for a better price in Hanoï...

OK, besides the window in my door!

Cons:

the door has a window in it ! and just outside there is a motion detection light that comes on and off all night - how am i supposed to sleep?

Die Lage und der Preis sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Das WiFi ist sehr instabil und verschwindet oft. Ich bin im 5. Stock, es gibt kein Aufzug und das Treppenhaus ist warm und eng.

Pros:

Bien placé en plein centre d’Hanoï près du lac, des bars et des restaurants mais dans une ruelle tranquille
Climatisation efficace, équipement de salle de bain fonctionnel

Chambre au 5eme étage sans ascenseur (82 marches)

al final, no alojé en este lugar

Cons:

Para llegar a la habitación había que subir muchos escalones y 3 a 4 pisos en una escalera demasiado estrecha y oscura. El lugar se veía un poco trético y oscuro. El personal muy malo.....cuando llegué no había nadie y me tuve que atender el vecino.
Dije que iba a cancelar la reserva porque el lugar no me gustó y me dijeron que tenia que pagar la noche de igual forma, a pesar de que solo estuve 1 hora en ese lugar
