Comfortable and relaxed hotel in Pattaya
Pros:

The hotel is quite new, has a Japanese vibe to it, offers tasty Japanese dishes for breakfast, the rooms are large and modern, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, Gave (in the picture) is a specially very caring, helpful and speaks great English.
Kokotel is situated 10 minutes walk from Terminal 21 and around 15 minutes from the beach. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it can be a great place to stay.

Besides the property's cleanliness overall excellent condition all of the staff are courteous, professional, and helpful. Property manager, Natty was surprisingly nice and generous gifting us a kokotel pillow and gave us a ride to North Pattaya Bus terminal. We look forward to staying at other kokotel property in the future!❤️

Far from everything
Pros:

Very far from the beach and isolated from everything, there are so many steps everywhere in the hotel, very inconvenient because you need to carry your bags all the way, no help not easy to pull your luggage because of those steps, also there’s no staff or front desk staff after midnight, also no coffee provided in the room, in short I will think twice before I book again.
