Intimisimo Suites Autohotel Centro Only Adult

Adresse notée sur Booking n'est pas correcte. Ce n'est pas un hôtel de vacances mais un hôtel pour passer un moment entre adultes, cela n'a rien à faire sur Booking et en plus les chambres ne sont pas propres

La habitaciónno estaba limpia y en una parte solo dividía un espejo del área de servicio y se escuchaba todo el personal, toda la noche hablando y riéndose cosa que no dejaban dormir.
El personal super irritante y te atendían de mala gana , como si te estuvieran dando la habitación gratis. Definitivamente no se como booking puede tener este tipo de establecimientos en su sistema , es engañoso y a las personas foráneos caen en esta estafa .

Room was filthy.
Especially floors were disqustingly dirty, jacuzzi was full of sand(?) and dirt.
There was someone elses stuff under the sofa (deodorant, lubricant, hairpins...)
Fabrics of furnitures and beddings in the room were worn off and broken.
There was not warm water at some point at all.
There was someone elses cigarette butt on the toilet floor.
Wifi was mostly not working, and it was unbelievable hard to get password for it.
Then the grande finale was when
first we waked up to loud noise from carage door opening, and hotel staff waking us up at 2:00 am to call if we are at the room and why we are there.
While they were already opening the doors for other customers..
Apparently doublebooking thing or smth?
When told that we have booking for the room, and we've already been staying the earlier night etc. they just disappeared without a word.

Arrived by taxi. NOBODY to check me in. Went up barely lit winding stairway. Saw just a bed and jacuzzi AGAIN dimly lit. QUITE FRANKLY a scary situation. I NEEDED the taxi driver to hand carry me upstairs. WOULD not stay alone and left. LIKE I SAI D I met NOBODY or SAW ANYONE representing the hotel. Cannot recommend and YES AGAIN I was TERRIFIED to stay there. DO NOT PAY this property. Ronald J Cabral Sr.

The only location for the hot water was inside the jacuzzi and the sink. The shower water was not hot at all! When I attempted to use the jacuzzi I ran the water and got inside, but when I hit the Jets it was full of trash and I had to get out immediately.

the jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting, after complaining about black stuff coming out of the jets, I was told to drain and refill it. I spent 4-5 hours removing the screen and cleaning the crap out with no help from the staff. when I sent pictures they wouldn’t even come to the room to look for themselves.
