Абсолютно ничего. В отеле мы не останавливались! Хозяева мошенники и отказались осуществить возврат денег!
Хотелось бы оставить претензию по некачественному оказанию услуг, прибыв в день заезда по указанному адресу, нас не встречал администратор, пришлось его еще искать. Далее заполнив документы пришлось оплатить сумму в 2 раза больше заявленной, гораздо больше 100 долларов. Около 135 долларов.
Далее мы прошли в номера и у меня случился шок от увиденного, в номере было безумно грязно, на полу пыль слоев 10, волосы на постели, сантехника в очень плачевном состоянии, все шаталось и кран даже не был прикручен. В комнате воняло жутко сигаретами и тухлым. У меня потекли слезы, такого ужаса я не могла даже себе представить.
Мы обратились к администратору с просьбой вернуть денежные средства, однако нам отказали, и это ужасно. Они показали номер более лучший, однако от увиденного легче не стало, тк он был безобразным, просто отвратительным, таким же грязным и разрушенным.
Оставаться в данной отеле мы отказались, пришлось оплатить другой отель в центре Бодрума.
Настаиваю разобраться в данной ситуации и принять меры в отношении недобросовестных отелей.
Качество и стоимость ни как не соответствует. Прошу вернуть оплаченную сумму, а так же обязать руководителей отеля сделать ремонт, заменить мебель, либо снизить стоимость до минимальной, тк отель уровня намного ниже 1 звезды, на уровне старого хостела.
The free wifi
We booked an all inclusive, turned up and they claimed they didn’t do all inclusive although we had paid for it they said “no”. The first night we had a tiny, dirty smelly room, it was almost inhabitable. The manager then said we could change rooms, then said the next day that we couldn’t …eventually after my phone charger nearly setting on fire on one of the plugs, they accepted to change rooms, a little bit better but still nothing like the photos and very dirty

The bedroom was in bad conditions, smelling cigarettes and the toilet was full of water on the floor
Es war extrem schmutzig, im Bad lief Wasser unterm WC , benutzte Handtücher lagen Rum, in die Dusche hätte man mit Schuhen nicht reingehen mögen. Klimaanlage defekt, Essen ungenießbar,(wobei es eh nur ein Menü gab - kartoffeleintopf mit Beilage kartoffeln) Katzen haben die Teller sauber geleckt, wobei das Personal daneben stand und nur zugesehen hat, Getränke hat man zum Teil nicht erhalten da angeblich die Zapfsäule defekt war, in den Zimmern sind Katzen rumgelaufen , da die Fenster ohne Fliegengitter etc. einfach offen standen , Fensterhebel waren auch defekt , in den Zimmern waren Flöhe, meine Füße und Knöchel waren voller flöhenbisse.Im Pool ist der Hund des Besitzers geschwommen etc etc. Auf Anfrage warum das so dreckig ist wurde uns erzählt sie wären heute nicht zum putzen gekommen und wir sollten darüber hinwegsehen. Das geht garnicht, haben ausgecheckt nach vielen hin und her diskutieren aber der Zustand geht garnicht, haben uns trotzdem für den Tag pro Zimmer 123 Euro genommen, was eine Frechheit ist. Eigentlich müsste man diese Baracke sperren, man kommt da an und soll in diese verdreckte eklige Absteige übernachten? Man müsste eine entschädigung erhalten. Für den Preis erwartet man kein Luxus ist klar, aber auch für den Preis erwarte ich menschenwürdige Verhältnisse. Geht bloß nicht hin.

Clim en panne pendant la nuit, wifi inaccessible depuis la chambre, douche au bord des toilettes, pas de petitdej pour 1 prix aussi élevé qu ailleurs (nous aurons fait 9 hotels), parking tres difficile a trouver 1 place. Et le garcon de restaurant du rdc qui trainait des chaises au sol de 7h a 9h le matin...
Location is best and easy access , staff is responsive and friendly
Amenities need improvement especially the washroom
Location was perfect for night life, but if you are planning to travel with children, it will be hard to sleep, the music playing till 5-6am.
The room was clean.
Staff super kind, the girl which works on the kitchen, cooks very well. There is not many varieties of food, but for that price with all inclusive its perfect.
Red wine was testy.
The way to the beach around 10 min.
The way to night life 2 min.
If u want to go to sleep early it gonna be not possible coz of music around till the morning
