Super fijn en centraal gelegen verblijf in Luang Prabang, alles was op loopafstand en je kon een scooter huren via het hotel. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heb enorm van mijn verblijf hier genoten en was zeker mijn fijnste accomodatie in Laos.
Alles was super fijn, enige opmerking is dat de douche na een paar minuten niet meer warm was. Buiten dat echt super!
Sehr süßes Boutique Hotel mit Rezeption im Freien. Klasse Frühstücksauswahl, schönes Zimmer und super Lage um in die Innenstadt zu gehen. Sogar den Pool des Nachbarhotels kann man nutzen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist grandios!
Th location is great. The young man that manages the place is very lovely. The breakfast is reasonable.
Thar bathroom is pretty disgusting. The shower full of black mould ans i note this is not shown in any of the bathroom photos. They avoid showing photo of shower room. The toilet was also pretty mank!
The housekeeping department add were hopeless. Had to get my own toilet paper everyday, they would take two towels and only leave one, so every day I would have to ask for more. I stayed 8 nights. Never cleaned the floor, bathroom, changed the bed sheets, nothing!
Nice room with balcony
There were two swimming pools which is good , one of them was in poor repair but overall I was happy with the facilities.

Perfect location and since my last visit here it has been a huge change bee who is manager is absolutely exceptional he is super helpful and a absolute gentleman the hotel is very lucky to have him
Everything was good
Zen Boutique is tucked away off one of the main streets, giving it a calm garden vibe. I was there during Songkran so having a quiet escape was a bonus! Close enough to the tourist part of town (where you can find endless food choices!) but you feel like you leave that behind when you walk back to Zen Boutique, so it is aptly named. Mr Bee is exceptional host/concierge...kind, accommodating, helpful and down to earth. My room was beyond my expectations! Bright, spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every day. I hope to find myself in Luang Prabang again and will absolutely book here again.
First and massive issue is the google maps has not been updated and sent me on a long hot chase to wrong area. However once this was sorted the room was super and breakfast very good and location excellent.
The pool is next door in fact and not nice at all - the floorboards around all dirty and broken and furniture in similar disarray. This was super disappointing as a large part of booking was to relax poolside - not to be.

The manager Mr. Bee was very service minded and helpful. We stayed 11 days and he assisted and ordered transportation for our ecxursions and to slow boat terminal on departure date.

Wonderful boutique hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, and Kai the manager did a fantastic job catering to our every whim and request. The area was quiet and restful but close to everything. Breakfasts were delicious and room service was outstanding!
