Pros:

The staff were exceptional. The receptionsts, Ohenewa was very helpful, and easy go. She boiled water to bring to my sister throughout our stay.The security man was fantastic. He went out of his way to help me with my luggage the day I was leaving, when no taxis were showing up. The manager was ok, though I never had a lot of interaction with him. The bathroom was clean as well as the room. The location is very serene, very suitable for a hide out.

Cons:

There is no hot water in the facility. The television never worked in all the rooms. They only brought one towel for the two days stay. The road leading to the hotel is very rough. The place was not easy to locate by the uber driver.
