Fantastic
Pros:

Good breakfast, scenic view, clean room, spacious too

Cons:

Bathroom was stinky despite air suction fan and room freshner....this needs to be corrected....puke smell just not going...

Pros:

Only location of the property was good

Cons:

Apart from location, nothing was great about the property. Issues listed below;
1. Room name Rose : Toilets doesn’t have an exhaust. God sake really?
2. No fans / AC in the room : Though room was located in high altitude and evenings were cooler, AC / Fan is must during summer. Further, in my booking AC was written. Also, properly care taker asked us to keep the balcony open for cool breeze. I got rashes because of insect bite after u listened to him. Check my pic below.
3. Monkey menace was too much and care taker suggests us to open the balcony.
4. Breakfast timing was delayed on both days.
5. No intercom facilities: we had to walk a long distance to other property to find the person.
6. Caretaker were least bothered and didn’t even bothered to come and address the issue. Name of caretaker is Mr. Anbu.
7. On CSK Vs RCB match night (28th March 25), asjacebt room was given to bachelors on hourly basis and the night was unforgettable. Bachelors were drunk and were making a hell lot of noise. Tried reaching out to caretaker, their phone was switched off.
8. Everything required a follow up with those fellows starting from cleaning our room too, refilling of stuff too everything.
I will not recommend the place to anyone.

Pros:

Room was neat and clean.

Cons:

Staff was not responsible and drunk. Outsiders were coming in midnight and couldn't sleep well.. that's because of absence of staff during night... So feel like not safe here.
