Pros:

We've arrived there Oct 14 instead of the booking date because of an error in booking that I made but the hotel still accommodated and moved the booking to accomodate us without extra charges. It was a great experience.

Affordable and convenient location wise
Pros:

Restaurants nearby. Easy to get transportation. Nearby the Mayon Volcano and SM Legazpi.

Cons:

Staff were noisy during quiet hours. Sink water pressure has weak pressure.

Pros:

If you book the correct room, the view to the volcano is stunning. The installations are also really nice.

Cons:

“Mountain view”. What is a mountain? What is a hill? What is a volcano? Are those three terms the same? They have to clarify which bedroom look to the volcano and which one looks to the hills (those are not mountains). Once we arrived there, we had the awful surprise to realise that our bedroom looked to the hills and not to the volcano, although on Booking specific said that every room looked to the “mountain”. Really tricky. However, the personal changed us to a bedroom that looked to the volcano after we complained about it.
