Water availability is very vital and important, else is minor!
Pros:

The room size is fine and comfortable for such that price. It is located near from the city. The room only need a little maintainance, I am sure would become a pleasant room

Cons:

Water is not available 24 hours, it stoped at the time we need it, early in the morning for ablution and early taking a bath. This is very crucial point.
Room facilities is also need some attention such as no trash bin available.
