The room is amazing
O quarto é muito bonito, aconchegante e espaçoso. Cama muito boa e com piscina. Tulum é uma cidade com muitas coisas para fazer, mas em uma viagem com mais dias dá pra tirar um dia tranquilo e ficar no quarto do hotel curtindo a piscina.
O pessoal que trabalha no hotel é muito atencioso. Tivemos alguns problemas pontuais na acomodação e bastou comunicar pelo whatsapp e eles resolveram com muita agilidade.
O quarto não tem televisão.
La camera è molto bella,proprio come si vede nella foto.
La piscina privata un bel punto di forza così come la vasca in mezzo alla stanza.

In generale ha una gran potenzialità.
Tutti i servizi sono addizionali (addirittura la cialda per il caffè in camera .)
Di questi servizi: la colazione chiesta solo una volta e non avevano neanche il caffè (inoltre inizia dopo le 8 la mattina e già quella volta lì in realtà ci dissero che c’era da aspettare.)
La sauna: veramente cara per quel che è e infatti dopo averla vista non l’abbiamo fatta.
Qualche miglioria alla struttura in generale non guasterebbe, come ad esempio dei punti luce migliori in bagno e una rimodernata al vialetto che collega le stanze.

The room could have been better maintained and had a strong mouldy smell if the aircon was used.
'Optional' tips were added to our breakfast bill, without discussion, costing more than my breakfast did.

-Hot water wasn’t reliable in the room.
-Jacuzzi was cold water only and when offered spa there was a hot tub that wasn’t functioning the day we used the service. Only steam room and cold jacuzzi.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour, nous avons adoré la décoration mais le « beau » ne doit pas l’emporter sur le fonctionnel : la douche est un calvaire à utiliser, le mitigeur fonctionne mal, soit vous vous ébouillantez soit vous êtes frigorifié.
L’eau tombe de trop haut, mesdames aux cheveux long préparez vous à vous trempez +++ les cheveux à chaque douche… => il serait agréable pour vos hôtes de proposer des bonnets de douche ou un sèche cheveux dans la chambre. Idem pour le sol de la chambre après la douche qui éclabousse partout!
Je ne critiquerai pas la quantité d’eau chaide disponible car l’hôtel est soucieux de l’écosystème et de la nature, et
nous avons trouvé super. Ne prévoyez pas par contre de trop longues douches ou de prendre un énorme bain dans la magnifique baignoire ;-)
Voiture indispensable pour visiter Tulum et les alentours.
