Staffs were friendly.
Bathroom was narrow, breakfast area was poor. I booked a taxi through reception. I was not informed that I need to pay cash. If I pay with card, I will have 15% extra. I had to pay 15% extra since I got to know this before leaving the hotel.

I didn't like anything behalf the place
Ik heb een kamer voor twee personen gehuurd, maar bij aankomst bleek de eerste kamer totaal ongeschikt voor verblijf. De kamer was zeer klein, benauwd en niet geschikt om in te slapen. Bovendien werkte de airconditioning helemaal niet. De reis was bedoeld voor behandeling en rust voor mij en mijn vriend, daarom waren de omstandigheden van de kamer zeer slecht en ongezond.
Bij aankomst kregen wij bovendien geen toestemming om de kamer eerst te bekijken vóór de betaling, waardoor wij pas na het betalen konden ontdekken in welke slechte staat de kamer zich bevond. Daarnaast werden wij geïnformeerd dat wij de helft van het betaalde bedrag zouden verliezen indien wij het hotel vroegtijdig zouden verlaten.
Na mijn klacht werd mij gevraagd extra geld te betalen om een bruikbare kamer te krijgen. Dit voelde als afpersing. Ik heb 50 euro contant betaald en daarnaast 20 euro via Visa om van kamer te veranderen.
Daarna kregen wij kamer 309 op de derde verdieping, maar ook deze kamer had veel problemen. De airconditioning gaf een F0-storing aan (gastekort) en koelde helemaal niet. Hierdoor was er extreme hitte en vochtigheid in de kamer, wat bij mij en mijn vriend allergische klachten en ernstige ongemakken veroorzaakte.
Daarnaast waren er ernstige problemen met hygiëne en onderhoud, waaronder:
- Hoge luchtvochtigheid en water/condens op de ramen.
- Aanwezigheid van insecten in de kamer.
- Een zeer luidruchtige koelkast die het slapen verstoorde.
- Een gebroken raam dat op een primitieve en onveilige manier met doorzichtige tape was vastgemaakt.
- Een kapotte toiletbril waarvan de basis loskwam bij gebruik.
- Een douchekop die naar beneden viel zodra het water werd aangezet.
- Een gebroken douchebasis.
- Ernstige kalkaanslag op alle wastafels, kranen en handgrepen.
- Zeer slechte hygiëne in de badkamer.
Daarnaast werden er dagelijks gescheurde handdoeken en bedlakens met gaten geleverd, wat absoluut onaanvaardbaar is.

Location is so good in front of sea , can make good walk , bus stop and tram station v closed to hotel, many restaurants and cafes are closed too
Ежедневная уборка , белоснежное белье и полотенца, а также гель для душа и шампунь. Отличный напор воды в душе. Наличие чайника, холодильника и сейфа. Кто-то писал, что шумно где парковка. Окна у меня были на парковку, шума практически не было, зато морской воздух с этой стороны ) Жил 5 ночей. 2 раза просил омлет на завтрак, очень вкусно. После чекаута до вечера позволили оставить чемодан в фойе.
Кофе натуральное , также капучино и горячий шоколад вкусные
Only the location, although the neighborhood suffers elecricity cut so the light in the hotel went on and off several times during the day.
They tried to charge us a comission if we didn't pay in cash. Over €90!! They did the same with other guests I talked to. Then they say it was a 'miscomunnication' issue.
Room started leaking from the cealing in the middle of the night.We have to move the bed to a side. It was 4AM and I could not fall back to sleep.
Breakfast is really bad quality and always the same.
The hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel... far from it!
Beds need to be change, matresses are old, same as showers.
We heard several families complaning.

Дуже вічливий та доброзичливий персонал. Прибирання кожного дня. Бутилочка води 0.5 л також кожного дня.На всі мої сповіщення відповідали дуже швидко. Рецепція цілодобового.
Якщо ви шукаєте отель де можно просто переночувати ( я уходила зранку, та поверталася ввечірі), це чудовий варіант.
Співвідношення якості та ціни.
Сніданок був простим, меблі в номері також не нові. Але.... Якщо ти платишь за економ, ти ж не можешь разраховувати на люкс.
Якщо б мені треба ще раз зупинитися в Стамбулі, та ціль була б тільки ночувати в номері, я б вибрала знов цій отель.
В ванній кімнаті було місце куди повісити рушник, але зовсім не було місця де можно покласти або повісити свої речі. Ні жодного гачка, ні чого.
Kamer wat ruim de eerste nacht, daarna hebben we voor 7 nachten een andere kamer gekregen en die was nog groter, schoon, de kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt, bed was goed. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Locatie is prima. 7 a 10 minuten lopen van tramhalte Beyezid. Sultan Ahmed moskee is 18 minuten lopen. Winkels restaurants alles is dichterbij. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam. Onze vlucht was laat en was het geen probleem om laat in de nacht in te checken. Vooral Bilal is zeer aardig en behulpzaam, en denkt meer in oplossingen, echt een compliment voor hem.
Het was een geweldige ervaring en herhaling is zeker vatbaar. Hotel is een aanrader.
