Pros:

20mins walk from the station, located in the heart of the city.
Room was specky clean and staff is good.
Room looks excatly as described and shown.

Recommended shops just around the hotel:
Try Bachmann (for sweet decacies) and Twiny station (for awesome sandwiches)

Cons:

The wifi signals was really bad.
Although the room has a coffee machine, we would have loved to have an electric kettle.

Gut gelegen. Sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Zimmerman war völlig überheizt und wir konnten es nicht regeln. Aber für eine Nacht wars ok.

Les seuls choses qui ont gâché, c est que pendant 3 jours la baignoire n a pas été nettoyer on revenait elle était toujours dans le même état et les poiles dans le lavabo à notre arrivée ,le reste top mais la salle de bain le nettoyage laisse à désirez moi qui suis dans le métier je n oserais pas et les.dames de nettoyage assis par terre derrière la porte qui discute sa je trouve un peux gros .,je mets que l établissements correspondant aux attentes mais sa c est à améliorer autrement sa va

Zentrale Lage, super schönes Zmorgebuffet

Cons:

Hotel ist teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig gerade die Badzimmer. Auch war es extrem ringhörig was aber mehr an den anderen Gästen wie am Hotel selber liegt.

Great central stay with minor Wi-Fi issues
Pros:

We had a lovely two-night stay in Lucerne. The location was perfect — everything was within a 5–10 minute walk, with restaurants nearby, a coffee shop right next door, and a charming square just opposite the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi in our room (Room 25) wasn’t working, which was inconvenient, especially as my husband didn’t have 5G. Aside from that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Ich komme gerne wieder. Der Herr am Empfang war sehr freundlich.
Pros:

Die Aussicht von der 4. Etage war toll, ich habe die Schneeberge gesehen am Tag und die historischen Häuser in der Nacht.

Cons:

Die Matratze war mir zu weich und bereits sehr durchgelegen.
