Lokalizacja fantastyczna, zaledwie krok od Kapellbrücke. Pokoje wygodne i w pełni wyposażone, pyszne śniadanie i doskonała kawa podana przez miły i uśmiechnięty personel. Obsługa recepcji kompetentna i bardzo pomocna.Na pierwszym piętrze depozyt bagaży co pozwala na spokojny spacer po mieście. Usługą parkingową to strzał w 10, szczególnie w mieście gdzie są ograniczenia ruchu i deficyt miejsc do parkowania. zdjęcia na booking wypadają słabiej niż w rzeczywistości.

Perfect stay & wonderful hotel!
Pros:

We paid for a twin room & were given a quad room which was huge!! Two big windows opened up & overlooking a cute pedestrian square with a fountain. There’s a business center room with an ice machine on floor 2. Everything was clean, quiet, safe, and lovely. Great location!

Wonderful hotel and lovely staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous modern decor, immaculate rooms. The staff is very friendly and it’s a short walk to Lucerne station. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby, and it’s a quick bus ride to Pilatus.

Cons:

The WiFi was quite bad, I wouldn’t rely on it for video conferencing or streaming.
