It was alright
Pros:

I did not have breakfast.

Cons:

The shower was not hot enough and did not have enough pressure. It was quite lukewarm and would, for a few seconds, become too hot.

Overall a very good experience for a night stay
Pros:

The room was well lit, nicely made up. Check in process was smooth. No contact service was great as well, we were doubtful ow it will work when check-in instructions were received. Overall a good experience. We just used the room to sleep as we had committments outside, bubt time spent was good

Cons:

Access to room could have been better, the steps are small and can be difficult for elderly and kids. The bed had spring mattess which was difficult to sleep on. But for price we paid it was ok.

Pros:

A very good value and convenient place to stay in Leicester. Bus stop to city centre is close by. Staff were amazing. Attached restaurant and bar. Room was clean.

Cons:

Bathroom was small.

Great stay- perfect location and great value. Staff were very helpful! We will be back!

Excellent communication and helpfulness—very clean and nice rooms, great location

Cons:

A little bit of noise from road but that’s to be expected - it was hard to control heat on the shower in room 4 but it worked out ok

Not for the faint-hearted, but if in that area in future I would consider staying again
Pros:

Location was convenient for my business plans. The price was good value and the room was spotlessly clean; facilities and fittings were as per the online description. Security has several layers which seems reassuring but I needed assistance with operating the electronic door mechanism (it would not work because the batteries needed replacing). When I reported the issue, the member of staff on the phone (Bibi) was helpful, but as there are no staff on site it was fortunate that new batteries could be provided and installed by a long-term guest.

Cons:

Parking is even more limited than I had expected (I got the last cramped place at 3pm). The room faced the street and the passing traffic noise overnight on a Saturday was disturbingly continuous. The electronic door entry process was clearly explained but entry was complicated by the fact that the batteries had expired and needed replacing. Fortunately another guest, already inside, was able to open the door and obtain and install new batteries. Once inside the lobby, the room key is in a combination safe which was fiddly to use. The inner door from the lobby to the corridor was supposed to be operated by a code, but it was permanently unlocked on the latch. There are no staff on site.
