Pros:

Very basic room but adequate, appreciated the fan in the hot weather. Very good Indian Restaurant below the rooms best I've ever had

Cons:

The metal stairs going up to the room was a bit challenging (for us oldies)

Friendly staff, but hot and noisy
Pros:

The staff were really helpful before our arrival & gave clear instructions for key codes etc. Room was spotless, shower good.

Cons:

Sadly, I can’t rate this property. Rooms are small, right on a VERY busy road, & even with the fan running it was unbearably hot and noisy.

Friends 60th birthday, ,over night stay nearby
Pros:

Excellent communication ,room basic but very clean,coffee,tea,TV ensuit with big corner shower ,all compact but really clean and extremely good value for money.

A little noisy but to be expected as on main busy road,

Pros:

Secure. Above an Indian pub/restaurant. Close to Beer Festival !

Cons:

Scaling what seemed to be a converted external fire escape to access the rooms, might prove challenging for some. The downhill / exiting was tricky for me with a suitcase.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

This was in a perfect spot for work. I am really pleased I found it, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. I was a little concerned about potential noise, being above a restaurant/bar but it was fine. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Security and access have been well thought out. I ate in the bar with a friend and the food was really good. Communication from the host was excellent too.

Cons:

There is free parking but it gets really busy. I was a little concerned about parking in the street but had no issues whatsoever, so very happy.
