Pros:

locatia este buna, personalul super, mic dejun simplu si suficient

Cons:

camera 506, mucegai in camera si in baie, parchet vechi, lenjeria de pat si prosoapele curate dar foarte uzate. Miros de canalizare puternic in baie, miros care se ducea si in camera, trebuind aerisit in permanenta.

Shocked 😲
Pros:

The hotel location is very good. It’s close to a tram stop, which can take you to the Blue Mosque in about 10 minutes, and the metro is also within a 7–10 minute walk. The hotel has an elevator, so it was convenient to get to your floor with a suitcase. The staff were also friendly.

Cons:

The hotel rooms and furniture are in need of renovation and replacement. The trash bin in the bathroom and the bedside table were in terrible condition and dusty. In the shower, the holder didn’t fit the showerhead, so you had to wash with one hand while holding the shower with the other. The towels had long lost their freshness and white color, which made them unpleasant to use.

There is no room service — towels are not changed, and they don’t even check if there is enough toilet paper. The bed linen was torn, and we even found a black hair on one of the sheets. Also, when the air conditioner wasn’t working, there was a terrible smell in the room. The view from the window shocked us — it gave the impression that we were in a prison.

The breakfast leaves much to be desired. Out of everything offered, we could only have tea with boiled eggs and cucumber, because everything else was undercooked, hard, or simply inedible. The napkin holder and salt shaker were also dirty. I don’t understand why previous reviews don’t mention these issues — the reality of the hotel is completely different from what you might expect.

Good location
Pros:

Really good location, next to lot of shops, bazaar, and metro. Staff was very helpful and nice. Room had everything you need. Room was warm, which is good in springtime.

Cons:

Hotel is a bit tired, needs renovation. Breakfast really modest. View from window not so good.
