Pros:

Everything was okay except the pool being worked on everyday. Hotel nice and the staff exceptional. Nice hot breakfast, plenty restaurants and shopping near by.

Cons:

Pool being down seems to be a recurring problem. I’ve recognized the same complaints in other reviews.

Pros:

We arrived an hour after check on and were told our room was not ready due to short staffing for cleaning. We went to eat and look around town. When we returned approximately 8 45, our room was still not ready. When we got our room by 9:00the toilet paper roll had not been replaced and the water was only luke warm. We will never return. Among others at breakfast the next morning several ppl mentioned the same thing.
