The room was spacious

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable.
Operated like a hotel without a lot of the convenience which hotels and their staff provide.
No food on site (not even a vending machine). Even a dry store with some basic options.
No luggage storage or cloaking for the day.
No cleaning throughout the stay.
This operates like an Airbnb / apartment with the hotel price tag.

Pros:

Very spacious and clean room. Easy for a large family to be comfortable here. Onsen was convenient and kept clean as well. Staff was helpful and check in was easy.

Cons:

Some access to food or snacks would be nice especially since we got there at night and there's nothing nearby that we could go to.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren wunderbar.

Cons:

Der Weg dahin war etwas anstrengend mit der Bahn aber kein Problem. Schade war es, dass es nicht zu jeder Tageszeit einen kleinen Kisok gab um Lebensmittel zu kaufen.
