Hakone will give you the best views of Mount Fuji.
Pros:

Big room with all required aminities.
Locaiton is perfect on the mountain with a nice view.
Very quite location and place.
The Ensen in the hotel is really nice with a great view.
Would recommend it for couples or families as it's well equiped.

Cons:

Slightly far from the train station but it was ok as the cable car is 5 min walk.
Not a lot of restaurants and stores around the hotel.
When it rains, the services may not work in Hakone, but that's not just the issue for the hotel.

The rooms are just extraordinary. Perfect mixture of comfy hotel and traditional japanese ryokan :)
Also we loved the view. 2 Toilets as well.
And the Onsen is just beautiful. We felt welcome. Thank you!

Wonderful retreat for a family group
Pros:

Spacious comfortable and clean, staff so kind and friendly and onsen very nice. There are vending machines for drinks. Loved the Yukatas and slippers.

Cons:

We didn’t know in advance that you can buy individual nespresso capsules for the in room machines at reception (we invested in horrible coffee bags before we arrived)

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of room for our family. The peaceful surroundings made it a lovely place to relax after exploring Hakone.

Most importantly, the staff were absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. We really appreciated their hospitality, especially while traveling with a baby.

Cons:

The location can be a little inconvenient without a car, especially in the evening when public transportation stops running. There are also very limited dining and grocery options within walking distance, so it's worth planning ahead.

Fantastic and relaxing.
Pros:

The location was lovely. The onsens were clean and tidy and so peaceful.
Lots of space for the family.

Cons:

The onsens closed at 9am. It would have been nice to have a soak before heading out for the day as when we were there it was raining so we had a later start.

ストレスなく滞在できました
Pros:

部屋は1LDKのマンションのようで、フルサイズのキッチンもついていて、外食に制限のある私たちにとっては快適なホテル滞在となりました。
家人のいびきに悩まされず別部屋で睡眠できたこともありストレスない旅行となりました。
長時間使用できる大浴場があったことも良かったです。

Cons:

キッチン設備に最低限の調味料(塩、油)があるとありがたかったです。
コーヒー、お茶等の用意がないことももう少し周知していただけるとあらかじめ準備できたので良かったですが、全体的にみれば些細なことです。
