Pros:

The location is great, and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was the same every day, would have been nice to have some different options each day. The restaurant in the hotel is very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Pros:

El desayuno y la ubicación

Cons:

Ofrecen parking, motivo por el que reservamos el hotel y al momento de llegar, era pago (no aclarado) y no había lugar, teniendo que buscar un estacionamiento que fue mucho más caro.
Resaltan la terraza (roof top) y el bar para ver el atardecer, y está cerrado en esta época.
Dos engaños que no me gustaron nada, a pesar de ser lindo el hotel, porque hubiera optado por otra opción.

Bad hotel, not worthy of 4 stars at all
Pros:

Breakfast is okay, although breakfast room is located in the basement.

Cons:

Personnel is extremely rude. The shower does not get hot. When you ask them about it the front desk is extremely unkind and does not fix it. We were also stuck in an elevator in the hotel, and it took them a very long time to get us out or even communicate with us. Mind you, it is 35 degrees in Buenos Aires at the moment. Furthermore, the pool is not clean and you have to ask at the reception for pool towels which they expect you to bring back to the front desk , very very weird. We are very disappointed in this hotel and we will not come back.

A great place to stay to explore Buenos Aires
Pros:

The location was very convenient, close to subway, port, and railway station. The staff were excellent, very helpful and cordial. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There was an ongoing issue with the door key card - they won’t open the door, and we had to go down to the reception to have them replaced. Pillows were too hard and uncomfortable.

Pool towels need to be picked up at reception, a little inconvenient. Also no bathroom facilities by the pool.
