Great Location! Friendly Staff!
Pros:

Great location and within easy walking distance to the Taj Mahal and surrounding areas including nearby restaurants and markets.
The hotel staff were pleasant and attentive and the facilities were clean, tidy and as described in the listing. We stayed in the jacuzzi room with a great view of the Taj Mahal!

Good but small
Pros:

Nice clean property in a great location close to the western gate. The staff are friendly and check in to see if there’s anything you need. We also did the photography tour at Agra which was excellent.

Cons:

The rooms are very small and in need of some maintenance. The handheld shower holder nearly fell off the room it was so loose.

Short but nice stay
Pros:

Staffs has been very helpful and tried to give their best to tourists. Listen to them if planning to buy something from souvenir shops and not let your tour guides take you for more expensive items because of their commissions. It’s a walking distance to Taj Mahal and you can see it from the roof top.

Cons:

The hotel itself is nice as long as you don’t go further down.

Pros:

Понравилась территория отеля, очень чистый пляж. Расположение отеля очень понравилось -тихо и спокойно, персонал следил, что бы на территории и на пляже не было посторонних людей и собак. На территории есть различные локации для отдыха.

Cons:

Не понравился прием. Мы приехали на заселение около 5 часов вечера, но нас все равно надолго задержали на ресепшене. Я так понял, что возник вопрос по номеру. Далее проблема с wi-fi, что бы получить пароль- нужно было отдавать телефон на ресепшен и они вводили пароль и логин.Напрягало, что весь персонал постоянно спрашивал номер комнаты. Завтрак не понравился- было мало овощей и европейской кухни. Выпечка своеобразная. Номера с видом на сад уже очень "уставшие". Не понравилось полное отсутствие звукоизоляции.
Основное разочарование это выселение. Пришли за 20 минут до времени выселения- нам дали счет за наши ужины . Счет был выписан не на мое имя и сумма была не верная , я попросил перепроверить, перепроверили-изменили тольки имя. Сумма осталась прежняя. Далее нас попросили подождать, мы сели и начали ждать- прошло практически 2 часа, к нам никто не подошел и не предложил даже чая. Благо я понимал, что это Индия, и заказал такси в аэропорт с запасом по времени выезда из отеля. Когда я к ним подошел снова, сотрудники сделали удивленные лица и только после этого начали заниматься моим чеком. Еще +30 минут и они все же посчитали -все верно. как оказалось они включили, в мой счет при выселении, чеки человека с похожим именем, хотя не понятно для чего везде все спрашивают номер комнаты, и во всех подписанных чеках есть номер комнаты.

Pros:

It was very clean I had a beautiful spacious clean room that would be perfectly good even for European standarts. Stuff was also very nice so I can only recommend to anyone who’s deciding. Also the Taj Mahal entrance is literally 50m away from the hotel so if you’re going for the sunrise you won’t have to wake up too early.
