Great hotel and excellent service and staff
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Premium rooms have a great view of the Taj Mahal. Staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient - nothing was too much trouble, especially Iram, the manager.

An uncomfortable stay that did not meet our expectations.
Pros:

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable. The toilet had poor drainage, which caused inconvenience during our stay. I had specifically requested an English-speaking driver when booking a car through the hotel, but the driver provided could not communicate in English.

The hotel charged us ₹8,000 for two days of car hire. After making local enquiries, we found that this appeared to be considerably higher than the usual local rate. Complimentary bottled drinking water was also not provided.

Overall, the accommodation and services did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, several hotels we booked through Booking.com during our Rajasthan trip were below the standard we had expected.

Cons:

Near the Taj Mahal
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and had everything we required, including a very short walk to the Taj Mahal

Cons:

Nothing to complain about except toilet seat was broken and bidet was not working

Nice place but still room for improvement.
Pros:

The view of the Taj is great, especially from the roof and top floors. They clearly renovated recently, and the public spaces are actually quite nice. They should add the sister restaurant Lucky as one of their amenities because it was good to have the food delivered or to cross the street.

Cons:

Everything felt a little dusty and dirty, all the floors and surfaces were a bit sticky, so they should invest in regular cleaning, including the public spaces. They should make it clear if there are traffic exclusion zone problems leading to the hotel.

Excellent value really close tonthebTaj
Pros:

If you are looking for great value close to the Taj, this is a great option. Ticks most of the boxes with reasonable rooms and services and nice staff. It's only a 5 minute walk to the west gate so you can't do better for proximity.
Our room had a view of the Taj (top half) and from the roof top an even better view.
Staff were great, and very friendly. They arranged transport to and from Delhi, and a tour guide who was really knowledgeable and took us around the Taj.
We used in room dining which was great, and the bed was really good.
You can pay a LOT MORE for a 5 star place further away from the Taj, or stay here and walk the 5 minutes to it.

Cons:

One caution as there is no lift so for rooms with a view and balcony there are 2 flights of steps, but the staff will manage your bags

Super close to the Taj Mahal and lovely staff
Pros:

Fantastic location - we walked to the Taj in about 3 minutes
Staff were amazing - so helpful and really kind
Tour guide they provide for the Taj Mahal is 100% worth it and made it super easy

They also have a restaurant open late in the property which is great for travellers who aren’t familiar with the area

The staff were really lovely - also good air con in the rooms and good fans
Overall fantastic stay for the price point

Great stay.
Pros:

Couldn’t fault anything. Staff and property was excellent as was the service. Highly recommended. We were well looked after. Even flowers and petals on the bed and the in the spa bath on arrival.

Pros:

タージマハルの入口へすぐなので日の出の時間に訪問するのに抜群の場所です。メトロ駅も近いのでアーグラ城塞にもすぐ行けます。周りには飲食店が沢山あり、中には屋上からタージマハルと夕陽が眺められるレストランもあります。
スタッフはとても親切で、何か足りない物はないかと何度も気にかけてくれました。部屋は清潔で居心地が良かったです。
