A budget stay hotel for young travelers at great location.
Pros:

Location is superb 👌
All important and famous attractions are nearby one can even walk around. to see Gateway of India ,Taj hotel mumbai Jaghagir art gallery ,Floral fountain Kala Ghoda ,RBI museum, Asiatic library cum Town hall etc .
Break fast is good .

Cons:

1(Bath room floor is at a elevated level than bed room floor .
This is a bit inconvenient for sr citizens.
Bathroom upkeep is wanting .exhaust fan is not working .flush water is leaking when uou press to activate.
2) Breakfast is served in plastic like utensils which is not healthy.

Safe and Very nice place to stay
Pros:

It's a historic building, the common areas are large and there are sports activities, the staff are very friendly and you feel safe. The location is perfect and the room has air conditioning and a fan. It's a pleasant place to stay. Breakfast is included and it's ok. Water is available at reception. The beds were very comfortable and clean, in my opinion.

Cons:

Because is a historic building doesn't have an elevator, but the staff are very helpful with luggage; the bathroom seems old-fashioned.

Not worth your money - even if it doesn't flood.
Pros:

Location is very good. People were nice at checking in.

Cons:

Beds were atrocious. I am not even that tall and barely fit. Left 2 nights early because of a flood in the room. Suspicious black spots on the wall and brown water dripping down. They offered to change to a new room but I decided to cut my losses and go to a new booking around the same location around the same price that was miles more comfortable.

For the money you should be expecting much better in India. And without any potential health hazards.

Excellent location. Courteous staff.

Cons:

Keep your expectations realistic. This isn't a typical hotel. The rooms are basic and might feel a bit old. That being said, the excellent location and staff makes up for it.
