Cons:

Dusche und WC schmutzig und mit Kalkflecken... Musste Duschboden und Armaturen mit Desinfektionstüchern putzen, bevor ich die Dusche benutzte. Es hatte klebrige Flecken am Duschboden!!! Noch nie so etwas Ekliges in einem 4-Stern erlebt!!! Für diesen eine Schande!

I went down to reception and informed them that there was no internet on BOTH NIGHTS that I stayed there. Reception thst they would come and and sort it out. They never came to sort it out. I had to buy I internet access from a local telecommunications.provider.

It was a pleasant stay but could have been great with some more improvements.
Pros:

Excellent location and good staff, size of the room was excellent.

Cons:

It’s clean but needs to be upgraded and refurbished as it looks dated, reception entrances area needs to look more professional and fresh than dated old property. Restaurant in the reception lobby also needs much fresher and updated clean look.
Breakfast is very limited and food quality is not very high. Breakfast items are cold and don’t look freshly made, for example parathas, pakoras and biryani very cold at any given time. Salads should have better options than just cucumber and tomato slices.
Carpets in the hotel look old and not very clean.
Rooms cleaning needs better attention to details.

We experienced disappointed moments in this Indian Hotel. While we were sleeping, staff knock the door like FBI at 7am. He came into room and start shouting about smoking in the room. We tried to explain that no one smoked in the room and we were sleeping. He continued to shout disrespectfully, entered the room even though we were in our pajamas, and threatened to call the police. We would never recommend this disrespectful people's hotel. PS: a strong scent of spices greets you the moment you enter the reception.
