Pros:

Conveniently located to Udawalawe Park.
Hotel staff arranged an early morning safari for us and also packed a breakfast to go.
The room was large and comfortable with a modern bathroom
The pool was a pleasant area to relax after touring during the day.
Breakfast and the dinner we had on site were delicious

Cons:

The balcony was unusable due to the heat generated by the ac unit.
The pool loungers could have had cushions to be more comfortable.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, and modern accommodation with air conditioned rooms.
Pros:

Fantastic property, very close to the entrance to Udawalawe national park. The accommodation was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly, helpful, and organised our safari, transport to the next area, and food for our safari.

Cons:

Nothing.

Absolutely loved it, lovely and quiet, even saw elephants across the road.
Pros:

Location was close to Udawalawe National park, convenient for safari. Lovely swimming pool with spa bubbles. Huge comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have breakfast but takeaway was provided for our early morning safari. Very tasty Sri Kankan dinner supplied.

Cons:

Hotel is small with limited guests so no bar, so drink choices for dinner were limited.

Great hotel but staff hovered uncomfortably close watching us eat during meal times.
Pros:

Good location, saw many elephants, really happy with the hotel and very warm pool.

Cons:

No fridge in room, staff hovered uncomfortably close to our table watching us eat all meals, which was very off putting and unnerving. This made the family want to finish all meals as soon as possible to escape the uneasy situation at meals times.

Staff friendly and good location for udawalawa
Pros:

Great location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We had fresh jackfruit from their tree. The pool was clean and refreshing.

Cons:

Would benefit from a little more cleaning although this wouldn’t put me off staying again. Just the surfaces needed a little clean.

Great little spot - very close to safari entrance gate.
Pros:

We booked this less that 24h before arriving due some changed plans.
The room was clean and large with a lovely bathroom and good, hot shower.
We were welcomed with homemade juice on arrival and the hosts organised a sunrise safari for us for the next morning pretty much immediately.
The children loved the pool.
It was super close to the entrance gate of the safari which mean't we were one of the first jeeps through the gates.
The staff were helpful and kind.
Its close to a few different restaurants and they are happy to take you or organise a tuktuk if you don't have a driver.

Cons:

We ordered some sandwiches to take on safari with us and they were not great, we thought they had forgotten the filling ;)

Super Unterkunft für den Besuch im Nationalpark, Safari wird vom Hotel organisiert, Abholung direkt beim Hotel.

We really enjoyed the stay but it would have been better with our own transport.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful and arranged the safari for us and the Tuk Tuk into town. The room was very big and the bed comfortable. It is opposite the park fence and we saw elephants and deers. The pool was also lovely and clean.

Cons:

The area around the swimming pool was a little overgrown but the pool was spotlessly clean and very refreshing. Our only issue was the distance to any restaurants or shops. We tried numerous times to flag down Tuk Tuks but no one would take us. We had to walk along a very dark road at night and the stray dogs were barking at us and it was quite scary.

Cons:

Kein Warmwasser in der Dusche. Ein No Go bei jedem Hotel.
Zuerst hatte es Ameisen im Zimmer. Dann wurde es gereinigt. Konnte nicht schlafen da mich die Klimaanlage direkt angeblasen hat. Zum abstellen war es zu heiss. Finde die ist schlecht platziert im Raum. Die Leute sind sehr nett dort. Ich würde es selber nicht mehr buchen.
