The hotel is in a really nice location. It is 50 meters from the sea. Surrounding restaurants, cafes, the beach are within walking distance and they also give discounts when you register as a hotel customer. Breakfast service is very nice. We thank you. The friendly attention of the hotel owners Mr. Oğuzhan and Ms. Çiğdem made us feel like we were at home. We leave with satisfaction

Close to the sea
The hotel is based up to the crowded bar. Some windows are right above the bar tables so that you can see the visitors drinks. Loud music ends likely 1-2 a.m.
Room is very used. Everything that can be broken is broken. Room 302 looks like it was used for filming porn. Nothing similar with the nice pictures at booking.com
Breakfast rate is 2/10, coffee is poor
The location was good, everything was close, for example near the beach and many restaurants.
The breakfast was very poor and did not meet my expectations, not worth the money.
cleaning is not done every day, but you have to wait at least two days until the cleaners come. the bed linens were dirty even when they change to new ones.
the bathroom was a disaster! it floods every time you take a shower!

The location was really good! 2-3 minutes to the beach. The standard double room was cozy. The staff is really helpful. There are plenty of food courts around the hotel. Also hotel can provide 10% discount to Ada restaurant which worth visiting (excellent food, price, staff, beautiful inner yard). There are all the needed toiletries in bathroom.
What you need to know about the hotel: you must have earplugs for night - room door has breaches near the floor and you can hear other people outside your room. The hotel doesn't provide beach towels. There are no towel hooks in bathroom and there is no place to dry your wet clothes.
Would be great to have towel hooks and any place to dry wet towels or clothes
