Awesome vintage property at great location
Pros:

The house had a vintage look, completely wooden flooring, large bathrooms, decent parking space, and the location is awesome. Mr Doghlas was very accommodating and caring

Cons:

Having some basic breakfast would be nice, also in room a facility to make some tea or coffee with kettle would be nice

Good and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Friendly owner. Extended kind help when one of us got sick. Thank you so much! Residency has a nice and homely lobby. And very strategic location

Cons:

Breakfast that one has to place an order for and which is procured from external outlet. Quality was not upto the mark. Cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and beds are done only upon request. If one forgets, then one has to come back to a dishevelled room at the end of a tiring day!

Eine wunderschöne, stilvolle Unterkunft,. Zimmer und Bad sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Inhaber gibt viele Tipps zu Ausflügen, Besichtigungen und Abendveranstaltung. Auf Wunsch wird Frühstück organisiert

Très bon endroit dans Cochin, pratique propre et avec une bonne literie

Le style colonial du bâtiment et notre chambre étaient très agréables. Cette résidence est un bon endroit pour dormir et visiter fort cochin. Il ne faut pas hésiter

High quality hotel in the centre of Fort Kichi
Pros:

Cleety’s Residency is an exceptional stay in the centre of Fort Kochi. The owner, Mr. Douglas Cleetus has created a high quality accommodation. The fittings are quality, rooms are well appointed, beds are very comfortable and the entire house is spotless. The hotel is within walking distance or a short drive to the highlights of Fort Kochi and close to a number of restaurants. Mr. Douglas Cleetus is a friendly and informative host. I’d highly recommend staying at Cleety’s Residency if you stay in Fort Kochi.

Pristine, Peaceful and Perfect
Pros:

Cleety’s Residency
I was very fortunate to get a single room here at the last minute. The place is superbly located close to the Santa Cruz Basilica with important venues of the KMB and excellent eating joints within walking distance.
It’s a pristine, spotlessly clean home stay with wonderfully appointed rooms and modern amenities. The linens were immaculate, the mattresses and pillows of excellent quality. The best part was Mr Douglas Cleety’s attention to detail, kind hospitality and equal treatment of foreign and domestic visitors. Partying and loud behaviour is not encouraged which makes it a quiet haven much needed after a hectic day.
They serve a wonderful, substantial home made breakfast which can be pre-ordered.
I felt safe at all times, well rested and nourished. Definitely will revisit.

Amazing, highly recommend!
Pros:

My Cleety is an incredible host - so attentive, kind, and thoughtful. He handled everything from check-in, to breakfast, to general inquiries about the city and property so well. The residency is in an excellent location in Fort Kochi - very walkable to all major attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet road for some peace after a long day! Highly recommend this stay. The Kerala breakfast in the morning is also delicious.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Ich habe in Indien selten ein so saubereres Zimmer gehabt. Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war super, die Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig.Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und die Kommunikation klappt reibungslos. Frühstück bekommt man nicht aber viele Lokale sind gleich in der Nähe.
