Disappointed
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

There were bugs in the room.
Access to room carrying bags upstairs in the rain alone and exposed not ideal.
Shower was very small and air con struggled.
Very disappointing.

Perfect for a short stay when son playing in basketball carnival as I was able to wash and dry gear easily.

Pros:

The lifts were not working and there was no water in the toilet the tap was drizzling water in shower to take bath which was an awful experience. It was shocking to hear the lifts doesn't operate for 8 weeks and even the old people have to take stairs with no choice. Except location there is nothing good to say about the property and the price I paid was atrocious. I will not recommend for anyone unless they want to waste their money

NIce place to stay and friendly to boot
Pros:

The location was not bad, room was not what I expected, plenty of space. Although the TV could have rotated so you could watch it from your bed.

Cons:

As above for the TV, also the shower space was a little small compared to the size of the bathroom/laundry. As a bigger shower for taller people would be good.
