We couldnt even bring ourselves to stay at the property. Room had no lock. No security. Not that I'd want to be locked in there. One of the doors had been kicked in. Vendor would not answer the phone and declined my text messages. It was disgusting inside. Damp, mould on the wall by the bed. Bed was torn and bed covers looked like they had never been washed. Bathroom was dirty with used toothbrushes and razors at end of bath. Kitchen was filthy and I mean proper dirty. Washing up in sink and on the side, the hob was filthy I couldn't bring myself to look in the fridge. Dirty washing left on floor in unlocked stairs cupboard. The outside was overgrown with brambles and stinging nettles. The whole house resembled 'The Young Ones' house, sitcom from the 80's.

It was so grim I didn't stay.
Pros:

There was nothing, absolutely nothing to like.

Cons:

Broken lock on the room door. Front door open. Key safe didn't work. Only one pillow. Dirty bedding and room. I left and found an overpriced local hotel. This property resembles a crack den. Do not book it.

this was absolutely shocking and genuinely would never recommend to anyone to book this stay. we arrived after a 4 hour journey to an absolute dump of a street. we weren’t able to even access the property as we were not provided with a code for the lock box. after many unsuccessful attempts to call the owners of the property we had no other option but to book another place to stay which was not ideal. shocking customer service and in my opinion, an absolute scam

Es una estafa, mal aseo, inseguro. No había papel higiénico, y la cocina, los baños y neveras muy sucias. La puerta sin seguridad no tenía llaves. Por favor no lo anuncien es un engaño.

Pros:

Arrived at property, it stunk, it was filthy, my room hadn't been cleaned, TV was smashed and lying against the floor, stains all down the wall..no lick on the door, more if a crack house than a guest house...have asked for refund but nobody would answer my call..booking .com not helpful either..avoid at all cost

The only thing positive was the price

Cons:

The bed was broken, there were signs of mould on walls, the microwave in the kitchen looked like something was murdered in it,the front door was not locked at all,anyone could just walk in,I had to deal with someone at the front door wanting to book a room I had to call landlord who only replied by text message.Overall not a good stay,went to have a shower only to find there was no hot water, had to have a cold shower, it's taken a while to give this review had to recover .This place needs some serious work done, to call itself the lovely guest house is a p.ss take to be honest.I also had to call the landlord to ask where or who to leave the key with upon leaving.

What did I like? I didn't like anything! I just entered the very dirty house for 5 minutes and left for another property in Canterbury and paid again!😩
