Strategic location & center from gambang & kuantan

Cons:

I am very disappointed that the room size I booked was replaced with a smaller room, with the excuse that another guest had reserved the larger one — even though I made my booking for that exact room size two weeks in advance. I was also given a smaller room facing the back alley, and it was not cleaned when I checked in.


There was no service record for the drinking water filter provided, and the ironing board was only available on the second floor, despite the hotel having three floors.

Smoke smell from toilet to room.

Low water pressure in bathroom.
