Hotel Triton Grand

This hotel is a scam. Showing a different name in Expedia and cheap low class hotel in person. I refused to stay there as it did not feel safe

Hotel was very dirty and was nothing like pictures it’s a scam hotel.

The best and most comfortable hotel in this area is available at a very low budget. The main entrance gate of Delhi airport is just 300 meters away. Highly recommended for budget-friendly travellers.

If you take a taxi from the airport then the driver tries to misguide you and forces you to go to another hotel, if you ask for the hotel then the location is right on the main road where you will get all the facilities within 100m like restaurant, shopping, mall etc. The room at Triton Grand is new and quite tempting, the room had all the facilities which make your stay comfortable, the staff was also very friendly. The service was very fast. If I come to Delhi again, then I will stay at Hotel Triton Grand and will advise my friends also to stay here.

This is fraud.. we booked suits and they gave single room with unhinged

まずホテルの名前がちがっていて、ここに着くまでにかなりの時間がかかった。
そしていろんな人に聞いてたどりついたら下に若い男の人がいて、ホテルの名前ちがうのにここといわれ、受付をした。
そのときに支払いしているのにしていないから払えといわれた。またこの写真と全然ちがってゴキブリも2匹みたし、壁もきたなく、衛生的にもびっくりした。音もいろいろ聞こえるので休まらなかった。
朝の6時前にタクシーを呼んででた。

This hotel doesn't exist. There is no phone nr to call and the street address is all wrong.

The hotel is situated approx 500 meter From Aerocity Metro station. Easily approachable by taxi,10 minutes away from the Delhi airport Terminal 2&3. Staff behaviour was very courteous and service oriented. Rooms were large and average. Overall, I had a good experience.

Nice location, excellent staffs, spacious and clean room. Restaurant, reception and house keeping staffs are cordial and in quick response modethe room are pretty good but the foods and snacks are so expensive after all had great experience there.

Was a last minute booking for an unexpected trip.
The room had everything we needed and the staff was very lovely to deal with. Sam have been so accommodating to my requests and have been in contact with me which ensured a very smooth check in and check out. I would certainly recommend

The hotel is very neat and clean. Whenever we go out we always come to a nice and clean room. The service is very nice and welcoming, they have always treated us with kindness.

Wonderful service and location! The staff is friendly and understanding and the hotel is clean with high standards. Chandan Singh from the housekeeping was particularly friendly, helpful, and ensured comfortable stay.

Above and beyond expectations for an airport location. Rooms were thoughtfully appointed and comfortable. Staff was wonderful all. Breakfast stations take longer than you think so allow at least 45 min for breakfast.
