- Recepcionist did not speak any English, we had to comunicate via “Google translate”
- No hot water and no water pressure, had to clean and shower with the bathroom sink
- Room was in the 4th floor, the elevator only reached to floor 3
- Did not get any sleep because there were sounds coming from the pipeline. I told this to the receptionist using google translate, he offered the room next to mine and the sound was worse. I asked for another floor and he said he had never had this complaint therefore I had to stay in the same room.
- There is another hotel with the same name, makes it confusing.

I stayed at Cevvo Hotel Pendik for two nights. It's conveniently located just 15 minutes from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Moreover, public transport to Istanbul’s city center is easily accessible (you take the bus from the nearest station and get to the train which takes you directly to the city). The hotel is clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. A special thanks for calling me in the morning (as I had an early flight) to ensure I didn’t miss my plane. Great service overall. Thank you!
New hotel close to Sabiha Gokcen airport - room was clean and reasonable size, quite modern and facilities were fine. Staff were friendly and arranged my taxi to airport promptly. Mother cat and her kittens in the lobby were the highlight.
Noise from neighbouring room quite excessive, and it is mainly the plumbing/pipes so probably not easily fixed. Whenever the next room used the taps or shower the noise was as if the shower was next to my bed. This was my only complaint but it is quite significant for a night before an early flight.

This is a new hotel yet normal challenges are taken care of through personalized attention of its manager Mr. Savas.
He speaks English well and is determined to help with questions about location, transportation and available resources.
The same helpful attitude is shared by the front desk clerks.
