Отдых удался 🤗
Pros:

Локация отличная, рядом много кафе и баров.
Магазины и обменники в 10 мин ходьбы:)

Cons:

У нас в номере плохо работал слив унитаза, но его исправили, в тот же день, как мы сообщили.
Остался один небольшой негативный момент с ресепшен, когда мы заселялись, нам должны были отдать сдачу 10 евро, но так как мы ещё думали о трансфере, нам сказали, что эти 10 евро пойдут в счет нашего трансфера, но когда через 3 дня мы пришли на ресепшен, а там как раз была смена человека, который нас заселял, мы сказали что не будем пользоваться трансфером, но наши 10 евро нам не вернули, сказали, что мы не вернем, они останутся у нас. Мы не стали ругаться, но неприятное впечатление осталось,

Pros:

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment hervorragend beherbergt gefühlt. Der Hotelmanager vermittelte uns seinen Mitarbeiter Rahmi als Ansprechpartner, der uns über den gesamten Aufenthalt mit hilfreichen Tipps zuvorkommend geholfen hat.
Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich: jeden Tag ein neues Angebot türkischer Frühstücksklassiker mit einem interkontinentalen Touch. Das größte Highlight des Frühstücks ist aber der Ausblick auf Sultanahmet.
Wir haben stets gut geschlafen, auf Anfrage erhielten wir eine zweite Decke.
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten mit hellerem Licht ausgestattet sein und die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ließ sich leider nicht dauerhaft auf lauwarm einstellen.

Auch beim 2 Besuch einfach top
Pros:

Auch bei meinem zweiten Besuch war der Aufenthalt wieder sehr schön. Das Hotel hat erneut einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders Rahmi an der Rezeption hat sich sehr, sehr gut um uns gekümmert und war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, und dieses Mal war auch der Ausblick deutlich besser.

Cons:

Es gab bei diesem Aufenthalt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Mein Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr schön, außerdem gab es einen Balkon. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bin häufig in Istanbul und dieses Hotel gehört für mich zu den besten, die ich bisher erlebt habe.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war der Ausblick vom Balkon, da sich direkt davor nur eine Fassade befand.

Pros:

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff, especially Ramy. He can help you with everything that you may need. The hotel is comfortable and quiet in a very good location. The cleaning is also very good and they clean every day.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better you don’t have a lot of choices but it’s ok. You have a very beautiful view from the top where they serve the breakfast.

Boa localização.

Cons:

Espero que ajude a outras pessoas também essa avaliação. O café da manhã foi uma grande decepção. O hotel divulga fotos e vídeos lindos, mas, na realidade, é um self-service extremamente simples, sem nada do que é mostrado.
O quarto tinha parede com mofo, banheiro mal limpo e o corredor era escuro, dando uma sensação bem estranha. Na recepção havia um gato que bebia água em cima da mesa do restaurante, algo totalmente inadequado.
Minha esposa, que é alérgica, passou muito mal por conta da poeira do quarto e, por isso, tivemos que deixar o hotel no dia seguinte.
