Im Herzen von Prizren
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war mitten in der Stadt und das personal war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr neu es hat noch pasr verbesserungs möglichkeiten. Die duschen waren nicht dicht das wasser ist untern ausgelaufen. Die spiegel im badezimmer könnten besser beleutet sein vorallem für uns frauen wen wir uns ready machen. Ansonsten war es super

The hotel is located right in the city center and parking is available. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly, depending on who was on duty.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room was only cleaned when we specifically requested it. We also had to leave our key at the reception, and it seemed that anyone could enter and leave the building without restriction.

Staff was super friendly ans helpful. We loved the view on the square from the superior double room. The bed was super comfortable.

‏My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

‏There was a serious violation of my privacy when hotel staff entered my room without knocking or permission while I was inside resting. This is a fundamental breach of safety and should never happen under any circumstances.

‏Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly throughout my entire stay. Despite being promised that the issue would be resolved, no effective action was taken, and I was left in an uncomfortable room.

‏What made the situation worse was the lack of basic safety measures such as an internal lock or safety chain, which made me feel unsafe inside the room.

‏Furthermore, the condition of the room amenities was poor. Basic items such as bath towels were worn out, rough, and clearly overused from excessive washing, which reflects a low standard of maintenance.

‏The explanations provided by the hotel were inconsistent and unconvincing, which reflects poor management and lack of professionalism.

‏Considering the amount paid, the service and overall experience were far below acceptable standards.

‏I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise the management to take immediate action to address these serious issues.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. everything was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. What I liked most was the warm atmosphere, the attention to detail and the kindness of the staff, which made me feel truly welcome.
