Great location and service, highly recommended

Close to the airport. The kitchenette was very convenient. Definitely need a rental car

Rubbish will warn people not to go here
Pros:

Good sound insulation from planes but not from rooms above. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The receptionist was so lazy, grumpy and unhelpful. Spoke very fast n told us off, let us know we were interrupting her. No restaurant, unsafe location told not to go outside. Breakfast looked cheap and was on disposal plates with plastic cutlery so could not cut anything. We ordered a shuttle day in advance and then yelled at for not booking one when we had!

Good for overnight stay but shuttle service was bad
Pros:

Good for an overnight stay and catch an early flight.

Cons:

Shuttle from airport to hotel was hard to get. I had to take a taxi as shuttle didn't show up.

Pros:

What I Loved about this place to the managers, supervisors, cleaning ladies, Front desk ladies, They go above and beyond for, I really appreciate them for helping me and my family and having patience with me and my family is well, I really do appreciate all the Staff, So if your ever in Houston Texas ,BOOK THEM ...... THEY HAVE A SHUTTLE
