Pura vida
Pros:

L’intera struttura era molto curata, con camere spaziose, le nostre avevano una vista sul vulcano mozzafiato e la piscina con idromassaggio piacevole a fine giornata. Il personale era gentile e disponibile e la posizione centrale per raggiungere le diverse attività di interesse

We had a car, so the position of Arenal Volcano Inn was ideal to visit the town and National Park.
Pros:

The location was ideal for our short stay in the area.
The restaurant served a great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and we visited the restaurant on three occasions for dinner. The meals were of a very high standard and the staff were extremely efficient.
We enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi on the complex.
The views of the volcano were delightful

Muy buena ubicación.
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado frente al volcán, y a 5 minutos en coche de los restaurantes del pueblo. La zona de piscina y jacuzzi es agradable. La habitación estaba limpia y las camas son cómodas. El desayuno no es muy variado pero es buffet y puedes pedir huevos preparados al gusto.

Cons:

La decoración de las habitaciones es mejorable, se queda algo antiguo, aunque parece que es el estilo de muchos hoteles en Costa Rica.
Las cortinas se soltaban de los ganchos cada vez que las abrías o cerrabas. Solo te limpian la habitación si lo pides en recepción antes del desayuno.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, la ubicación excelente y muy cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas.
Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cuidadas.

Cons:

Uno de los colchones en la habitación tenía un hundimiento y no fue muy confortable, además del lavamanos salía un olor a agua estancada algo incómodo.
