Not Grand at all
Pros:

Very basic room in older hotel. First we had a room without a window into a lightwell.

Cons:

The word Grand should be removed from the name. Older hotel, rundown. Very basic room, lacking electrical outlets in the room. WIFI poor. Aircom is very noisy. Breakfast is terrible.

Ok hotel, did not meet my cleanliness expectations.
Pros:

I know it is an old hotel renovated, and the price is just right, location of the hotel was also good.

Cons:

The photo from the page was a not the same are the actual room, AC was so noisy, there is only one outlet. The Wifi was not working on the first day that we stayed, this is very important for me as I have several meetings planned for the day, and I wanted to work in the room.

You need to provide hair dryer and clean properly the floor and with vacuum cleaner..

All the stuff are great

Cons:

The floor was dirty lots of hair , using brooms are not enough to clean the floor , need vacuum cleaner to clean properly

Very Accommodating staff and nice location.
Pros:

The room wag big and staying with group is comfortable. Thou the water heater is broken and there are only 2 ports to use in the room where 5 people is staying. Not enough to charge personal phones for each.

Pros:

Although the room prices were reasonably priced, I was disappointed with the restaurant's service. The staff needed more training; they were often gathered at the counter chatting instead of checking if guests needed assistance. I ordered steamed fish, but it was undercooked. When I brought this issue to their attention, they didn’t take it seriously and didn’t even offer an apology.

Okey and nothing else to say about them.
Pros:

Room is spacious. Aside from that nothing else. No kettle for coffee/ tea which is normal for other hotels. Very basic.

Cons:

No safe for valuables and inflexible with check in and out.

Over all rate is exceptional.
