Pros:

Нормальный отель для того, чтобы остановиться на одну-две ночи. Есть всё необходимое, удобная рабочая зона. В стоимость проживания включён хороший завтрак. Также есть небольшой онсэн — приятный бонус.

Cons:

Рядом нет ресторанов, но это не вина отеля. По умолчанию в номере очень неудобная подушка, но на ресепшене можно попросить более-менее подходящую.

Pros:

朝食バイキングで下膳時に前のお客さんが食器を盛大にひっくり返してしまい、私の足元がカレーまみれになった際、レストランの方はもちろん、フロントのスタッフまで駆けつけて濡れタオル(暖かい)を準備してくれた。チェックアウトの際も心配して声掛けをしてくれた。

Pros:

部屋が綺麗で快適で、朝食バイキングも美味しかった。
大浴場も15時から9時までと入浴時間が長くて余裕をもって入浴できた。

リフレッシュ出来た
Pros:

お部屋が清潔感があり、綺麗でまた朝食もバイキング形式で良かった。
お風呂も狭いが時間が長く設定されているので、だいたい好きな時に入れる。
ウェルカムドリンクが出来ていて、良かった。

Cons:

①枕が一階で選べるのだが、カバーは変えてあるが枕自体が臭くて、タバコや色んなにおいがして不快だった。お部屋の枕も、枕自体匂いがついていて気持ち悪かった。
そこを改善してもらいたい。
②朝食は混み合うので早めにという案内があり、急いで早めに行ったら、逆に混雑していて、後から来た方がゆっくり座れ、案内を皆んなにしていて逆効果になってしまったのでは？と推測します。

サンキューベリーグッドだぜ
Pros:

朝食は2日間とも大満足です。スタッフさんの声かけも温かく朝から気持ちが良かったです。
飲み会がありタクシーが必要でしたが素早く丁寧に対応して頂きありがたかったです。

Cons:

特にないです。以前別のスーパーホテルでは階段が使えませんでしたが、エレベーターが混雑する時間帯も非常階段が使えたのですごくありがたかったです。
