The room/bathroom looked like the photos.
Host was quite detailed with how to find/access the property.
It’s not too far from the nearest metro/bus stop

Cons:

I was finding hair basically everywhere.
I paid for a balcony room but the view was average and there was also nowhere to sit on the balcony.

Good sized room and facilities, comfortable bed and quiet with the balcony door closed

Cons:

Hot water for shower / sink took a VERY long time to arrive, suspect it may be due to few guests on our floor (L8)

Very nice and clean. Comfortable room and bathroom. Good location. Very good solution with self check-in and code to the room.

GREAT rooms with tiny logistical issues. Not proximal to downtown or airport, but tons of space!
Pros:

The room was very spacious and having two bathrooms was a boon! Ice being ready made in the freezer was a HUGE plus for us. The room was lovely and spacious, especially for the price point. We would stay again!

Cons:

It was not clear that there would be zero people around to help us. We booked last second because of a flight cancelation and we really wanted a human to speak to for help. Having to type in all of our passport info late at night before we could get checked in was very stressful and not having a desk for help actually ended up being quite annoying because of some personal issues we had. The codes were also long to access the elevator and rooms when we had a ton of bags. The elevators were quite slow and tricky as well.

Todas a comodidades e moderno.
Pros:

Bem estimado, moderno, espaçoso ambas as camas confortáveis. Todos os equipamentos necessários. Ter duas casas de banhas num T1 não costuma ser comum e é muito prático.

Cons:

Os códigos de acesso são usados a entrada do edifício, elevador e porta do apartamento. No caso do elevador acaba por ser um local onde se perde algum tempo pois nem toda a gente está familiarizada com o sistema e em horas de ponta pode ser um pouco chato no tempo de espera embora se entenda na perspectiva de segurança.
