Great accommodating staff
Confusing entrance location
Unique historic property with neat and tasty restaurant on top floor.
Being in a historic building, we found it difficult to navigate with a stroller (separate elevator entrance from side of building as front entrance to lobby has many steps from entrance to second floor). Musty smell in room upon arrival but housekeeping was responsive.
Tv didn't work.
Location
Hotel was not what we expected, no chair or desk to sit at. Entrance door was not working, access to front door was to far away. Extremely noisy room, could not sleep, lights were not working properly. I am 78 years old and had to carry luggage from back parking lot to room. Tv was not working properly, channels offered were pitiful.

Near the Southlake hospital . Nice restaurant on the 4th floor and very friendly staff. The room was tiny, but the bed was comfortable. Parking was an extra $10 but it was roofed and conveniently located.
This is a great property with nicely laid out rooms. It was very clean and warm. They gave us a nice birthday card upon arrival. My only comment is the room would be ideal w a mini fridge. Other than that it was perfect.
the rooms are very cozy and artistic. they give a beautiful feel. the bed was very comfortable and clean.
we struggled to find parking on arrival because the parking was full and were getting directions via phone which was not helping much. but easily got parking for the rest of our stay.

Ma chambre a été doublement bookée, donc une personne en possession des clés de ma chambre a tenté d'y entrer en pleine nuit, experience particulièrement traumatisante et qui aurait pu mal se terminer. Le personnel n'avait pas l'air plus concerné que ça, jusqu'à ce que je demande à parler à la manager, qui m'a finalement offert une carte cadeau de 50$.
