Simply horrible
Pros:

Nothing indeed.

Cons:

I arrived late night. As they realised I have no option to go somewhere else, they asked me extra money than the booking amount. Its too noisy and dirty.

Big size, neat, clean room in heart of the city. Break fast is too much delicious with all types of food served. Last but not least staff is caring & highly supportive.

Basic necessities are also like bed sheets not changed, wash room not cleaned very ingygenic, towels not provided.
Taps not working, flush broken, light switches not working.
When asked for these they were misbehaving, it's a worst experience.

Really poor experience in terms of service.

I don't usually complain but if you're charging money. Atlease deliver decent service.

The lift was not working.
Bathroom Floor was wet.
No phone for intercom.
Had to ask for aminities.
Even No complimentary water.
Wifi was not accessible in my room. (Far from router)

Asked for a glass the staff gave me a dirty one because he was too busy watching somthing on the phone.

One particular staff was I'll mannered. High on Ego. Maybe even drunk.
