Pros:

The location is at a walkable distance from ernakulam town railway station(Ernakulam North)... The staff was co operative...

Cons:

Room is so conjusted.... Without A/c we can't survive in the room.... We feel suffocated.... Bathroom had a foul smell and toilets along with bucket cup etc are not maintained well.... No shower in the bathroom.... There is only one plug point.... No bed switches too.... Also mosquito attack was also there

Pros:

I booked for a single person i.e me...it was value for money...all Zomato swiggy zepto , instamart deliver to your room as well...well i saw some cleaning issues ...if that's taken care of ...it really is a gem at the price

Cons:

Comod, taps, wardrobes were not cleaned properly...rest all ok

My remarks may be taken in the right spirit to improve the property's rating.
Pros:

For me personally, the location of the property close to the Railway Station was ideal.

Cons:

1. Lift for Very Senior Citizens like me. 2. The tap on the wash basin in Room 206 needs attention. 3. Hot water was alright; but the normal water was brackish. 4. The fan regulator in R 206 was missing. 5. The net connectivity in the room was not up to the mark.
