The location only

Cons:

The shower HAS NO WATER. It was like drip by drip and I came back around 9pm there were no receptionist except the guard. I can’t even contact anyone. They do not make your room!! I had left over trash and they did not clean it was full of ants all over! No clean towels provided unless I tell the guard since he is the only one on duty 24/7. Will definitely NOT come back

impossible to find, impossible to call them, and don't want to refund. inacceptable

we were with a taxi driver and could not find the place with the address given
even though we have travlled a lot and are note completely stupid
it looked like a normal building
we tried to call them many times
noone replied
so we had to go and find another hotel last minute

according to them it is our fault and they never wanted to refund the stay

Overall I’m happy with stay at Kimtons. I definitely would come back and recommend this property.
Pros:

A lot to like in this property considering the cost of the room..The size of the room is big enough, the cleanliness is great, the bed is firm, wifi connection is strong, great location(close to Ayala, uptown and eateries). They also provide a drinking water on the corridor.

Cons:

I can hear people and cars on the streets which didn’t help me to get a good sleep. I’m not sure if there’s a way to totally block the window. It would be better if there’s a tv guide or instructions. I couldn’t find local tv channels. Only 1 hanger in the room.

Nice but not really 5 stars
Pros:

Basic facilities and comfortable good enough for my one night there bathroom was very nice.

Air con was old and noisy, property was also very close to a main road so quite noisy

Superb
Pros:

Nice room. Everything was as it should be. Nothing to complain about. Location was a touch scruffy but didn't affect anything. Public transport was near enough.
