Everything is great. The location is great. It's in the city center, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's one kilometer from the bus station, making it easy to get anywhere. The room is clean and tidy, and there's no odor. The landlord is very nice, warm and friendly. There's a kitchen available, and three toilets are very convenient. Other guests are not noisy at all. Everything is very good, perfect.

The location is very good. It's well connected to many places to visit in Muscat. There are travel agents, good restaurants around.

For this price you can't find anything better in Muscat. 2 rials are very reasonable for what you get there.
You get a bed in a room with 6 beds.
The check-out time is 4 pm, so very convenient, if you're planning to leave late.
This is not the cleanest place available. The bathroom usually had a wet floor, there were almost no racks inside to hang your towels or clothes. Also the place is hard to find: I had to go around the whole building and the street, to find the entrance.
A small inconvenience is, there are no lockers available. I mean, nobody robbed me, but I'd feel slightly safer, if there was a locker available.
Still worth spending only 2 rials for a night :)
