MUDEM O GERENTE E O HOTEL FICARÁ UM PERFEITO 4 ESTRELAS

A equipe da recepção é gentil. A localização é ótima! O quarto é grande e no andar alto, em que fiquei, a vista era interessante.

Cons:

Fiquei indignada com o gerente que não acreditou que encontramos uma barata voadora no quarto. Eu e minhas irmãs temos muito medo de barata e quando apareceu uma no quarto no dia em que nos hospedamos ficamos apavoradas, literalmente. Uma equipe do hotel nos trocou de quarto, até aí tudo correu como deveria, então o senhor gerente, com uma palavra pois tudo a perder, com a seguinte frase: APESAR DE NÃO TER SIDO ENCONTRADA BARATA NO QUARTO, FIZEMOS O FAVOR DE MUDÁ-LAS PARA OUTRO APTO!!!!!! Ora somos idosas, temos 79, 77 e 70 anos respectivamente, não tínhamos necessidade de fazer confusão se uma barata não estivesse voando pelo quarto!!!!
Esse gerente não poderia assumir função nem em motel de beira de estrada!!!!
