I recommend this hotel for other travelers to the Pollachi area. You will not be disappointed.
Pros:

The front staff was on their job. Quick, competent, and friendly.

Cons:

It was a bit far from a restaurant that wasnt the Inn's restaurant.

My stay at Apple Inn was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The staff here is courteous.
Pros:

The front desk people were super polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant attendants were courteous and really ready to assist. The door people were also very much on their toes.

Pros:

I missed my BP machine and oxygen monitor in the room. The hotel staff called me immediately and asked my address and send it to my home safely. This hotel staff are very genuine and honest people.

In future I will stay in this hotel only.

Well maintained property. South Indian Breakfast was nice. Facilities were carefully arranged.

We stayed at this property for two days. Although the stay was comfortable, the restaurant food was bad . We had dinner for two nights, but the second night's dinner was particularly horrible, with the worst food and a terrible experience overall.

The stay and hospitality is very good. Especially Mr. Mohan. He is a true gentleman. He took the process smoothly and his hospitality is very good. Highly recommended stay if you are planning pollachi and Valparai.

Terrible.
Cons:

They made me pay a “booking fee” of Rs. 500 which they said would be adjusted against the final bill and then at the end refused to do so. Cheaters.
The receptionist was extremely rude.
