Great Experience in Armenia
Pros:

Our host didn't speak English, but it wasn't an issue! she was warm, kind, and genuinely caring. The location is fantastic, situated right next to a beautiful park.

Гостиница представляет собой несколько обособленных студий в современном жилкомплексе, в центре города. С комфортом и удобствами всё в порядке. В Ереване были транзитом, отличный город и люди

Все просто идеально - просторный чистый номер со всем необходимым в топовой локации Еревана. Однозначно вернусь ещё )

Pros:

Отличное расположение, рядом много мест для прогулок и кафе со вкусной едой, большой супермаркет в шаговой доступности. Номер большой, стильный и уютный, удобная кровать и мягкое одеяло. Достаточно полотенец, есть халаты, посуда для чая, чайник и холодильник. Освещение в номере можно настраивать под свои пожелания. Очень хороший хозяин и его жена, быстро реагировали на просьбы, всегда на связи.

Cons:

Не совсем удобный момент, что горячая вода из бойлера. В остальном, очень хороший отель.

Schönes großes Appartment in sehr guter Innenstadtlage
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt mit vielen (höherpreisigen) Restaurants und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sicheres und gepflegtes Haus

Cons:

Kein Safe vorhanden, obwohl in der Beschreibung. Toilettenspülung hat nachts teilweise Pfeifgeräusche gemacht, so dass man die Wasserzufuhr abdrehen musste
