本件については、宿泊後すぐにBooking.comへ証拠写真および資料を提出し、返金を求めて連絡を行いました。しかし、2か月以上経過した現在も、ホストからは返金や具体的な解決策の提示はありません。

今後同様のトラブルを防ぐためにも、予約内容と実際の宿泊条件の一致、および基本的な衛生管理について、宿泊施設およびプラットフォーム側の対応を期待します。

チェックイン後に、第三者が同じユニットに来る可能性（相部屋）が示唆されました。
私は未成年の子どもを連れた母子での宿泊であり、事前に相部屋の可能性についての説明は一切ありませんでした。
この点は、安全面およびプライバシーの観点から、非常に重大だと感じました。
また、チェックイン時にオーナーと連絡が取れず、約1時間待たされました。
さらに、室内の衛生状態にも複数の問題がありました。
・トイレに前利用者の排泄物が残っていた
・清掃が行われた形跡のないシャワールーム
・冷蔵庫やキッチンに他人の飲食物が残っていた
・ベッドリネンに髪の毛や虫の死骸が複数見られた
・ベッド周辺を小蝿が飛び回っていた
・床に白蟻由来と思われる粉末があった
これらの状況から、当日そのまま滞在することは困難と判断しました。
私はフィリピン在住3年目の日本人で、現地の宿泊事情や基準は理解していますが、本件は文化や個人の感覚の問題ではなく、宿泊施設としての基本的な衛生管理および契約内容に関する問題だと感じています。
特に、未成年同伴の場合やユニット貸切を前提に予約される方は、相部屋の有無や清掃状況について、事前に十分確認されることをおすすめします。

Value for it’s price and Very Convenient
Pros:

The place is nice, organized, clean, and have everything you need. The have free wifi, free Netflix access (though we did not use), if you like Karaoke, it’s available too. But what I like the most is the honesty store they have. It’s very convenient for us, since we were not able to buy groceries due to hectic schedules and we are tired to go downstairs and buy from nearby shops. I love this unit and we will definitely comeback here soon when we have appointment in Cebu. The owner is accommodating as well. Settled us properly at their homestay and gave us free towels and then they are responsive, we can text or call them right away regarding about our inquiries. Near from malls and restaurants too.

Cons:

We love everything 😍. What I suggest is QR codes for the honesty store so we can also pay online if we don’t have exact cash. Add rice and mineral water. I have nothing to say about room amenities, everything is great.
