Pros:

Новый отель, просторные номера, все отлично работает, разнообразный завтрак, ресторан работает до 23, вкусные блюда, демократичные цены, удобное местоположение относительно аэропорта, заботливый, вежливый, дружелюбный персонал, отдельное спасибо Зурабу, который написал после бронирования и уточнил все детали. Рекомендую всем этот отель!

Покрасить стены в номерах заменить музыка на завтраке как в деловом кабаке краны установить батареи все таки это Тбилис

Персонал и чистота

Cons:

Завтрак не вкусный,ночью едут поезда невозможно спать, холодно,стены в номерах грязные,краны можно было бы и поменять уже зашарпаные, душевая плохо открывается! Запах не очень в целом везде пахнет какой то старостью!

Would Not Recommended
Pros:

Horrendous experience. We cancelled the booking after the first day of arrival since the room was not ready at the agreed timed. A refund with the manager Zura was agreed and booked somewhere that met our needs. However he has gone back on his word. So this has been stressful and a lot of hassle.

Cons:

Older than it appears in the photos. Needs an update.
Breakfast was horrific. Limited options and was not fresh. A lot better hotels closer to the city were available.

O preço e simpatia dos funcionários da recepção.

Cons:

Localização fora do centro. Quando chegamos, de madrugada, apesar dos termos informado a hora atempadamente, o recepcionista não estava no local. O hall do hotel estava cheio de materiais, aparentemente em remodelação. Ficámos uma noite neste hotel de 4 estrelas (talvez equivalente a 2 **) e na manhã desse dia informaram-nos de que iríamos para o hotel só lado. Este sim, com melhores condições, sendo um 4 **** sofrível. Pequeno almoço pobre, com pouca variedade.

Неплохое месторасположение. И на этом пожалуй все. Читал другие отзывы , из за этого и забронировал. Или мне такой номер достался или с отзывами что то не так

Cons:

Изначально отправил запрос на одну двухспальную кровать. Запрос был одобрен. По итогу в номере сдвинутые две односпальные. Матрасы уже , чем кровати , постоянно сдвигаются. Спать очень некомфортно. Номер дали угловой. Очень холодный, маленький и не уютный. Смеситель в душе забитый , течет. Сам душ еле работает. Освещения в санузле практически нет , побриться большая проблема. Бесплатная частная парковка , обещанная при бронировании - это узкая улочка перед отелем , паркуйся как хочешь. Завтраки очень скромные , посуда местами грязная. Кофе платный на завтраке. При заселении хотели заказать ужин в номер. Оказалось , что ресторан закрыт.
В общем сплошное разочарование.

The door cannot unlock. I was locked inside the room. Bellboy was laughing with us and use screwdriver to open the door.

A nice stay in Tbilisi
Pros:

The hotel staff was amazing and super nice! They were eager to help with any request. The rooms were cleaned everyday and everything was getting refilled in a timely manner.
The room was very comfortable and warm

Cons:

Breakfast started from 8 o'clock umtil 11. If however you did not go as soon as it waa open most of the food was not getting refilled. We went at 9 o'clock and there was no coffee or milk until we found someone to help us. It was an okay breakfast.

The shower also did not have a door with the water splashing everywhere. The toilet had a bit of water leaking at the bottom but the reception said not to worry about it (?)
