Really good location
No information at car park entrance for drop off
It is in walking distance of the airport
It’s dated and starting to look a bit tired in places . The bar prices are very expensive

Friendly staff, perfect stay for East Midlands airport. Comfortable room ,although there were some minor problems in the room. Pleasingly, these were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Nothing really
The room was large with a double and a single bed which suited us perfectly as I was travelling with my Mother. The breakfast was also good and the staff very accommodating of our needs.
Although the Hotel is very close to the airport there was no option to book any kind of shuttle to the terminal and as I was travelling with my Mother who was in a wheelchair this meant that we had to navigate the walk from the terminal very late at night on arrival and departure

For january,
The room was cold
The heater could have been switched on for our arrival.
No noise from the airport.
Oddly laid out room so you had to both lie on your sides on the bed to watch the TV. Bathroom was clean, but fixtures could do with some updating.
Location good. Was able to walk easily to airport terminal
Extortionate bar prices. We as a couple would of spent more money if prices were lower.
