Cons:

The new intake of very young staff very badly need proper training and monitoring for performance.
From a cold, miserable welcome at Reception once again, to the young, tall female barmaid muttering comments about paying guests under her breath to her colleague that could be overheard. Extremely unprofessional and immature behaviour! .
As an extremely frequent international traveller and regular guest at East Midlands airport hotels I was shocked by the decline in standards at Leonardos in the past few months. The staff used to be much more professional.
