מלון מיוחד ומעולה.
Pros:

אחד המלונות הטובים שהיינו בהם, אם לא הטוב מכולם. צוות מדהים ואדיב, החדרים נהדרים והמלון כולו מעוצב בצורה מדהימה .
ממוקם ממש ליד תחנת קיוטו.
מפואר, אדיב, מרשים.- נהדר.

Perfect Location for Train Travelers
Pros:

The Hotel is fantastically located just a few steps away from the train station central exit. There was no train noise in our room. From the hotel it is easy to walk to many sites and restaurants.

Cons:

The carpet in our room had sticky spots on it and despite mentioning it, it was not cleaned
