A beautiful hotel that combines impressive design, friendly service, and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

From the impressive entrance and stunning lobby to the warm hospitality and beautifully appointed rooms, every detail contributed to a memorable stay. The location, right next to Kyoto Station, is ideal for exploring the city.

Cons:

The only minor downside was the coffee machine, which could be improved to better match the overall high standard of the hotel.

A very good, convenient and modern hotel
Pros:

The property is right next to the Train Station but only 15 minutes drive from Gion. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

It lacks ambience, and the spacious reception area looks and feels empty. There isn't even a bar on the ground floor for someone to wait at. The same goes for their Italian restaurant; it lacks atmosphere.

Pros:

Staff were utterly kind and helpful. Location was perfect near station and subways and Kyoto tower. Amenities were great. Quiet rooms despite proximity to train station. Whenever you enter the reception via a wooden designed passage - there was always an amazing fragrance which was immediately comforting and uplifting. They also sell the essential oils or diffusers.
There is an amazing foodcourt on the lower ground at Kyoto Tower open until 23:00hrs if you are too tired or struggling to find an open restaurant without a long cue at the entrance.

Cons:

It is a very very modern design, almost feels like a square concrete block with a few wooden designs and it was always somehow dark at the reception- day or night. Could convey a depressive feeling. But the rooms were light and comfy.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Otel minimalist ve oldukça sade tasarlanmış. Ancak oldukça etkileniyorsunu. Odamız gayet büyüktü. Çok rahat valizlerimizi açık şekilde kullandık. Duş ve tuvalet alanı ayrı olması çok iyi. Otel istasyonun hemen yanında. Ulaşım bu yüzden kolay oldu.

Cons:

Skin care ürünleri, diş fırçası ve macunu gibi ürünler önceden veriliyormuş bizde buna dayanarak yanımıza almamıştık, (diğer valizde bıraktık) çevreye katkı mottosu ile bu tip bakım ürünleri artık verilmiyormuş. Ancak resepsiyondan rica ettim , verdiler:)
