Great hotel in brilliant location!
Pros:

Great hotel - the room was really comfy and luxurious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was brilliant for exploring Kyoto and travelling to and from other cities in Japan.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein geräumiges, schönes 3-Bettzimmer in der oberen Etage. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war ausserordentlich gross. Das Frühstücksbuffet ein Genuss. Die Lage war perfekt, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Ich würde dieses Hotel bei einem nächsten Besuch wieder buchen.

Excellent hotel, great location and super helpful staff- would highly recommend
Pros:

Wonderful location in the heart of Kyoto very close to the central station. Clean with spacious rooms!

Cons:

Hotel restaurant was expensive and so perhaps easier, economical to dine out in Kyoto

A hidden gem
Pros:

Location is epic, convenient to all public transport .. literally only 3-5 mins from room to station. Shopping & Dining @ station was overwhelming .. staffs were super super lovely & helpful! Room was spacious & bed was so comfy! Highly recommended !

Great location.
Pros:

The bed was very very comfortable. Staff were very good and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast table layouts felt like a cafe, I felt I was just too close to the people next to me.

Curtains need to be black out, currently they are not. Some controls are via an ipad and others usual switches. Pick one.

駅から近かった。

Cons:

外国人宿泊客に対しての注意が足りない。これだけの宿泊費を払っているのに、
滞在中①夜他人の書類を届けに来た。②チェックアウト後荷物を預けていたが取りに行ったら（タグがあったのにも関わらず）別の人の荷物を渡そうとしてきた。また、部屋からの荷物の移動を頼んだらスタッフ1人のみでカートなどもなく、役に立たなかった。外国人名で宿泊するとこれほど扱いが異なるのかとびっくりした。
