Rooms really hot need more a/c

Ok had one night at this hotel and it’s the worst I have ever stayed in .
Firstly the room
All though it was a cheap room it should have of been clean . There was chewing gum on the wall, the bathroom shower had hair in it, the sink was cracked and I kept on getting electric shocks from the electric shower. Also the noise of the crickets kept me away for ages .
The staff
All the time I was there I felt invisible . The staff would serve the other guests but ignore me . When I did get there attention only half of my order came out. The drinks took longer to prepare that the food.

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, la cama y almohadas muy buenas.

Lo único que no me gustó es que hubo música muy fuerte hasta tarde y desde temprano en la mañana. Deberían de cuidar ese detalle, que puede ser molesto para los huéspedes.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung aber kein Luxus. Sessel und ein Tisch sowie ein Kühlschrank wären schön gewesen. Leider gab es bis 22:00 laute Musik von zwei Seiten. An schlafen war nicht zu denken. Speiesekarte des Restaurants war sehr kurz und das Frühstück ohne Qualität. Dafür waren die Preise eher hoch.

Parking pratique mais assez difficile de trouver une place. Accueil correct. Nous avons été upgradé, donc chambre grande, moderne, très belle salle de bain.
Nous aurions aimé profiter de la piscine, mais toute la journée, elle est utilisée par des adultes et des enfants qui s'y baignent tout habillés.
Cet hôtel, en pleine nature organise des fêtes et manifestations bruyantes jusqu'à 23h. Pour profiter de la nature et se détendre, ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit.

Extremadamente cordiales, un lugar placentero y muy buena atención, cuartos muy limpios area muy bonita…..recomendable…..

The property had problems finding our reservation. It took about 10-15 minutes of searching before they found it.

Property is in good condition. Rooms were generally clean and well maintained. On site restaurant is fine, nothing special. The food is well priced, but the selection is limited. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Pool is in the center of the complex. It was chlorinated, but a bit murky and dirty. Definitely could be better, but was fine for an overnight stay.

Hotel is on the outskirts of the city. There is nothing around it, but farmland. A mall with a food court is about 10 minutes away.

Terrible service. I booked the room on Expedia and arrived 3 hours later after a long day of driving to find they didn’t have the room available any more. They had 3 hours to tell me this. By this time it was almost impossible to find another room at such short notice. It really ruined our time in Zacapa which is a real shame.

Deben prestar atención en el comedor
